Role- Engagement lead with program mgmt knowledge + HC domain Level- AD Location- Remote (need to travel if needed) Min years of exp-12+yrs FTE/Contractor/CTH Key Points. Automation/RPA Delivery Management Experience. HC domain experience, including a good view of the automation opportunities across HC value-chain and ability to identify opportunities and present benefit analysis. RPA tool experience is nice to have (weightage is less here) JD : Intelligent Process Automation experience including awareness of at least one automation products high-level architecture, licensing model, and key features. Tool of choice Blue Prism. Experience as a practitioner is a plus. Program Management - experience in leading and executing global automation programs involving Robotic Process Automation, Smart Data Intake, AI/ML technologies with established governance at exec leadership/steering committee level. Experience in leading and executing global programs involving Automation and/or Analytics service lines in Healthcare Payers and/or Providers. Familiarity with the Health Care domain value-chain and automation opportunities across functional areas like Membership, Enrollment, Claims to name a few. Experience in doing ROI analysis is a plus. Multi-geo experience and the ability to create effective relationships with offshore teams in a global delivery model. Demonstrated organization skills with proven ability to manage multiple deliverables, drive outcomes and problem solve issues. Exceptional client management skills and experience.
