| From: Syeda Hajra, Absolute IT [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description Job Description: This opening is for an experienced analyst role within the Model Behavior Team to partner closely with Product and Engineering roles create a single source of truth for behavioral data that ensures data quality and usability at scale. This team is responsible for refining and curating a stream of raw JSON events to enable a range of use cases including product analytics, experimentation, commercialization, and data science. Bachelor's Degree in business administration, statistics, marketing, information science, or equivalent work experience 4+ years of analytics experience or equivalent domain experience, preferably in technology with a focus on digital and analytical products and data management 4+ years experience using leading industry analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics 2+ years experience working with PowerBI 2+ years SQL experience Excellent oral/written communication skills Excellent attention to detail, a focus on quality, and the ability to follow through on projects to completion Proficient understanding of data dimensioning and metrics and the proper use of tracking variables Proficient knowledge of JavaScript and JSON Advanced debugging and troubleshooting skills using tools such as browser network tabs, Chrome Debugging tools, Firebug, or Charles Proxy Strong experience with technical products with the ability to understand technical architecture and engineering concepts Experience with event streams and developing analytics enablement capabilities Experience coaching or training others to leverage data to drive product optimizations Change agent who can bring others along and influence teams to leverage data in decision-making Skilled at understanding needs and bridging communication between data producers, data consumers and data enablement teams Ability to stay current on government privacy, compliance and technology platform needs Key Responsibilities: Develop and nurture relationships between Model Behavior and our partner teams within Digital Product, Test & Learn, and 84.51 to ensure the platform enables and supports the strategic vision and business goalsof each partner team. Facilitate communication between business and technical teams, including definition of technical direction based on business needs Define requirements for data structure, validation, anomaly detection, and curated metrics based on business needs Drive definition and creation of data models that will minimize the need to duplicative data processing and provide scalable, democratized access to data Partner closely with the Product Manager to inform the product roadmap and grow the value of the platform by enabling new and expanded use cases Drive collaboration with data collection and analytics teams to create a unified, easy-to use platform that ensures data quality, governance, usability and compliance at scale Proactively drive outcomes with cross-functional partners and bring clarify ambiguous business needs |
