Programming skills (.NET Development preferable). Microsoft SQL Database knowledge Web Development (nice to have) Customer Service oriented We Value Knowledgeable in PMO process / certified project management professional Masters degree and Project Management certification (PMP) preferred Significant experience in project management Knowledge of IT and financial systems preferred (Sales Force, SAP, etc.) Strong written and oral communication skills, particularly in cross-functional collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation Ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage priorities Improving performance, meeting commitments, and getting result Exceeding internal and external customer expectation Key Responsibilities Part of the team responsible for supporting current business processes and operating practices of the Global Project Management Office (GPMO) Work with business team to gather resolve issues, enhancements and meet customer expectations Work with Project Manager to ensure timely project plan revisions, status reports, leadership updates and communications Work with the team to gather the business requirements, develop specifications, implement on the system. Work with the team to ensure that the deliverables meets the defined expectations and requirements Work with various deployment teams and Support team to ensure the customer tickets are resolved within the established SLAs.
