We are looking for a developer who will use equal parts skill and vision to build an experience that delivers functionality and efficiency. You will be responsible for leading development of new SharePoint Sites as well as developing new features or updating existing features of published SharePoint sites. As a developer you will work with the customer to gather and document requirements utilizing Agile best practices, provide technical input on the systems engineering process, supporting site permissions and continuous training to end users. This is an opportunity to contribute to a project that meets challenges in the Department of Veteran's Affairs (VA) by collaborating with the development team to build a SharePoint site with user centric design. You'll work with a team of designers and developers to create a seamless user experience using SharePoint. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia. You Have: Experience working with team members and customers to solicit requirements and design a solution that meets the business requirements Experience with providing technical support for system architecture, system design, system integration, and technical management Experience working in an Agile Development Environment using JIRA Experience with providing technical support for system architecture, system design, system integration, and technical management Experience with SharePoint Online Development using Power Automate and Power Apps Experience with JavaScript, JQuery, and HTML/CSS Development Experience with leading teams developing application and technical plans Experience working with clients to design and discuss system strategies for platform, applications, and networks. Ability to assist with providing technical input on the systems engineering process Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, Math, or technical equivalent with 10 years of professional experience or a total of 18 in lieu of education Nice If You Have: Experience with reviewing the application and implementation process.
