I'm having a new job requirement- Database Administrator Location- New York City(Onsite) Job Description- The below highlights key accountabilities for this role. It is not fully inclusive of all possible tasks that may be expected to be performed by this role. A minimum of 7 years of professional experience designing, implementing, developing, and maintaining database technologies within Microsoft Azure SQL and on-premise MS SQL Server. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a MS SQL Server and Azure SQL database administrator Minimum of 7 years working experience in Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS Proficiency in SQL database administration including development, performance tuning, high availability and Disaster / Data recovery solutions Experience working with SQL Server and Azure SQL reporting and monitoring tools, and automated tasks/jobs Experience with Azure DevOps, Agile and /or Waterfall methodologies Experience integrating and migration (to Microsoft Azure SQL) databases with on-premise and cloud based applications. Knowledge and implementation of database security solutions. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, project team members, supervisors, and employees from other departments. Candidate must have excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
