Splunk Admin Client Location: Atlanta, Georgia. - Need local candidates As a Splunk Engineer, you will be a key member of an operational team charged with onboarding, normalizing, and verifying the quality of data coming into our Enterprise Logging environment. Splunk Engineer position responsible for maintaining the integrity and quality of onboarded data into the Enterprise Logging environment (primarily Splunk Cloud) that services 30+ internal business units across the globe providing value through insights, proactive monitoring, and the reduction of major technology incidents. Client Technologies: Splunk Cloud / Splunk Enterprise / Splunk Enterprise Security (SIEM) New Relic, Cribl, and more GitHub, Python, Ansible, Terraform RedHat Linux, Windows Server, F5 Load Balancers, Cisco Networks, AWS, Azure Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions: Operational activities to support logging data onboarding, normalization, troubleshooting Rendering insights from onboarded data to produce Alerts, Dashboards, and Reports Balance project and Service Now Queue work in a fun, dynamic, complex, and fast paced environment Minimum Qualifications Required: Minimum 4+ years of experience with SPLUNK in ALL of the following areas Deployment Server Administration via CLI UF/HF Troubleshooting and installation for Linux/Windows Data onboarding within a large-scale Enterprise environment Splunk Knowledge Object troubleshooting/provisioning Advanced Splunk Programming Language (SPL) experience to work with multiple large data sets on complex solutions Strong network and Linux experience within an enterprise environment Splunk Certified Admin Strong technical, analytic, and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems. Exceptional verbal, written, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
