Application Support

Contract length: 5 month contract. 

Work schedule: 3 days in office and 2 days at home

Location: 1251 Ave Of TheAmericas. New York New Yor

Client: Natixis

I really need someone with some DevSecexperience (OWASP, Codebashing, Devops, Devsecops, etx)

Application Support Specialist: making sure applications are running smoothlyby identifying problems and deploying the solutions. Partner with developmentteams on bug escalation till remediation, and production fixes or new codereleases. Manage security vulnerabilityby supporting application/system owners to remediate vulnerabilities. Familiarwith IT management framework: Incident/Problem management.

Responsibility:

1. Provide level 1 and level 2 support for IT and end-users Integrate corporate and capital markets applications to Natixis environment

2. Perform technical and non-technical risk and vulnerability assessment

3. Coordinate with local and head office development teams to release applications in non-prod and prod environments

4. Develop and maintain tools to enhance the end-user service level and facilitate support tasks

5. Write and update information system documentation and procedures

6. Familiar with ITIL Change/Incident/Problem management and process

Requirements:

Education: Engineering school or university degree specialized in IT, prefers with previous experience in an IT team of an investment bank.

Skills: Control-M experience, scripting languages (Perl a plus), software upgrade and release

General: Good communication skills in English. Good overall technical knowledge and experience with finance and banking systems. Responsible to apply Natixis security policy. Works well under pressure and enthusiastic about challenging IT projects in a competitive market
