Title: Veeva CRM consultant Location: Bothell, WA - Remote ok Client: Seagen Inc (Please keep it confidential) Mandatory skills: Veeva CRM Event Management Job Description: Veeva CRM and Event management Module Extensive experience with Configuring and Developing CRM-Event management module. Extensive experience in CRM platforms including Salesforce, Veeva CRM. At least five (4-5) years CRM experience, minimum 2-3 years in Event management module. Very Good Knowledge in Pharma domain. Extensive experience in Veeva CRM Functionality like account management, products catalog, consent capture, coaching report, ATL, Territory management, approved email, CLM, Event management, calls, sample management, order management, cycle plan. Approved email, product metrics etc. Extensive experience with Configuring and Developing custom objects, layouts, reports, CLM functions in Veeva platform. Extensive experience in data analysis and migration of CRM data from legacy systems into Veeva Experienced in Force.com Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Visual force, Force.com API. Experienced in Created custom objects, tabs, fields, page layouts, workflows, approval process, relationships, email templates . Experienced in custom objects, configured relationships between objects, Validation rules, sharing rules Reports and dashboards. Business analysis and data analysis gathering business requirements from clients. Extensive experience in Incident and Ticket resolution and Change requests. Extensive experience on implementing the projects and supporting the applications on Veeva. Extensive Veeva complex analysis and design activity, Supporting the application and handling critical requests including L3 and L4 incidents. Experience on Veeva developer in Pharma based projects in Dev ops mode following Agile model under life science domain.
