 As anintegral member of the human resources team, the Human Resource Generalistworks collaboratively across the HR Team assisting with the development anddeployment of business-driven HR projects/strategies designed to attract,manage, develop, motivate and retain key people while creating ahigh-performance, organization capable of achieving business objectives. The HRGeneralist will be responsible for applying knowledge skills and ability toprovide a wide range of HR support.

 About therole you will:

  Assistwith the daily operations of the HR Business Partner team

Assistwith the launch, communication and administration of HR programs and servicesacross all HR specialties

Streamline HR work by creating efficient workflows and documenting standardoperating procedures

Provideback up support to business partner functions such as responding to employeeinquiries, compensation requests, performance improvement documentation andprovide reporting as needed

Provideday-to-day coaching to management on a variety of actions to enable them togrow and perform at their best

Driveintegrity and accountability for the effective implementation of the annual HRcycle to facilitate value-added delivery, including workforce and talentplanning, performance management, and total rewards

 Yourexperience includes:

HumanResources experience in a mid to large multinational company

Excellentwritten and verbal communication and presentation skills

Excellentrelationship building and organizational skills

Abilityto prioritize multiple projects, solve problems independently, and managecompeting demands

Familiarity and ability to appropriately interpret HR policies, procedures, andpractice

Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics and knowledge of HRsystems and databases

MS Officeexperience required
