Job Title - Release Train Engineer Location - Remote Contract- 6 Months Visa - USC & GC Only MOI - Skype Need a true RTE---Not a scrum master Job Description: SAFe Certified Release Train Engineer (RTE) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) Description: A release train engineer (RTE) is a servant leader who facilitates program level processes and execution, drives continuous development, manages risks and escalates impediments while also acting as a full time chief scrum master for a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). This person will be responsible for the planning, execution and closing of a broad collection of business priorities, goals and objectives that are related and ensure the team delivers on the business value. The ideal candidate will have Scaled Agile (SAFe) Release Train Engineer (RTE) experience as well as a strong background managing large, complex, cross functional enterprise programs in aSAFe program structure. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 8 years of technical experience 2 years of project leadership experience Professional experience within a SAFe Framework as a Release Train Engineer, scrum master, other related leadership role, or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. SAFe Certified Release Train Engineer (RTE) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders; mobilize and motivate teams; set direction and approach; resolve conflict; deliver tough messages with grace; execute with limited information and ambiguity. Ability to navigate a highly matrixes organization effectively. Sound business and technical acumen. Focused and versatile team player that is comfortable under pressure. Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbal Strong mediation and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to influence change at all levels. Ability to remove barriers and enable teams to complete objectives. Demonstrated experience establishing and delivering complex programs. Excellent problem solving and critical-thinking skills. Possesses a deep understanding of various project management methodologies and software development frameworks including PMI Body of Knowledge, Waterfall, Agile\\Scrum, Dev Ops, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
