SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time andmanner specified: 6.1.1. Daily, perform quality assurance evaluations of ELR COVID-19 datafrom established laboratories and those first entering the ELR process, as directedby the Department. 6.1.2. Daily, monitor the translation process of ELR COVID-19 data that hasbeen moved into production, as directed by the Department. 6.1.3. Daily, troubleshoot internal issues or issues with source tradingpartners, as directed by the Department. 6.1.4. Daily, configure, validate, onboard additional hospitals and labsfor COVID-19 testing, working directly with their technical resources, asdirected by the Department. 6.1.5. Daily, make interface changes due to new COVID-19 tests (antibody, rapidtesting, etc.) that need to be reported, as directed by the Department. 6.1.6. Daily, provide consultation to ELR data providers regarding HL7 datasubmission standards and ELR submission requirements, as directed by theDepartment. 6.1.7. Daily, participate in ELR meetings and consult with the technical teamon resolution, as directed by the Department. 6.1.8. Daily, establish connectivity with new hospital or laboratory bycompleting initial setup, requirements and design review, testing andreviewing, adjusting as necessary and turning onto production use for COVID-19,as directed by the Department. 6.1.9. Assist COVID-19. Contractor will be available to provide support offhours, holidays, and weekends as needed by the Department. 6.1.10. DATA SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY TASK: The Contractor, its employees,subcontractors, and agents must comply at all times with all Department datasecurity procedures and policies in the performance of this scope of work asspecified in the Data Security and Confidentiality document attached to thepurchase order. 6.2. DELIVERABLES: Contractor will complete and submit the followingdeliverables to the Department in the time and manner specified: 6.2.1.
