I have following requirement, please reply me back with profile along with rate expectation Title : IIB Specialist Location : Remote (Melville, NY) Client : Canon Duration : 6+months MOI : Skype Visa : No H1B Local Candidate Preferred This resource will become familiar with all ESB/IIB production components. Independently accepting and resolving all problem reports. The specialist will also be responsible for developing in-depth 'how-to' documentation reusable by the wider team. Core Skills: Middleware Integration Production Support Experience Multi-Protocol Knowledge (Ex: SOAP, REST, HTTPS, MQ, FTP) Knowledge of data formats (Ex: JSON, XML, CSV) Knowledge of integration networking (Ex: VIPs, Load Balancing, Pool Members, URIs) Basic understanding of IIB/WMB Primary Responsibility: - The Specialist acts as primary support for all ESB/IIB Integration Problem Reports (IPRs) - Record, Track, & Document each IPR's path to resolution - Combine your knowledge of core skills to independently assess, diagnose and resolve IPA - Work with Client Operations to involve and guide other teams as necessary - Provide evidence supporting problem definition, problem diagnosis, and problem resolution - Raise IPAs to senior team members when appropriate/necessary Secondary Responsibility: - Learn the specific components running in the ESB/IIB Integration Space - Develop detailed documentation for each component guiding new specialists how to support Thanks & Regards, Akhilesh Kushwaha Sr. Technical Recruiter Source InfoTech Inc.
