Create Test Strategy and Test Plan document with inputs from Test Manager and leads. Provide guidance to the Scrum Team Leads and QA Team throughout the project. Responsible for Team organization and Structure. Participate in all aspects of SDLC. Participate in Sprint level planning. Participate in daily scrum meetings. Participate/Conduct Sprint Demos. Develop Master Test Plan (when applicable) and System Integration Detailed Test Plans. Estimate QA resources with inputs from other Team Leads to ensure we are below the recommended - 20% of the overall project cost including the automation resources. Obtain approval for Systems Integration Detailed Test Plans. Assist and direct in test case prioritization/identification of automation and Regression test cases. Coordinate code migration across testing environments. Manage System Integration Test execution. Responsible for performing Hands on Testing as and when needed. Responsible for maintaining the Business Requirement-Test cases -Traceability Matrix for preparing the Heat Map. Responsible for Alternative Test Strategies and Risk Mitigation plans. Responsible for input into Test Automation Strategies. Responsible for GTG plan and monitoring overall project quality risks. Facilitate defect review calls during System Integration Testing. Provide Test Phase Summary Report at the end of SIT effort. Manage and coordinate any issues during test execution. Participate in project post-implementation - review to consolidate good practices and lessons learned in testing for continuous improvement. Accountable for Daily/Weekly Test Execution Report, Defect Status Report and at a Glance Report. Responsible for becoming a SME for application, features and business processes. Responsible for becoming SME for E2E process and testing. Overall responsibility for Project Delivery. Responsible to ensure all the agreed Process and Procedures of STLC are followed.
