Network Engineer Remote Need resources with End User (laptop/desktop) telephony support with any application Teams, Slack, Zoom or of course the regular ACD providers Avaya, Five 9s, Ring Central, Genesys etc.. Not Infrastructure Admins or Infra Voice Admins. Experience in working with Voice Solutions, specific to Genesys Cloud Any prior experience with Customer Care Voice Technology Operations Network or any Industry Voice Certifications are a Plus Handle SNOW requests and Incidents during support coverage hours Identify opportunities for process improvements Execute support tickets as directed by CAI FTEs and Managers Follow Standard operating procedures and ensure the SNOW tickets are timely updated and closed 2-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks related to handling incidents and requests. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
