| From: David Johnson, concord it systems [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: Onsite Engagement Manager Location: Chanhassen, MN Job Description: Will be the principal go-to contact person for all customer coordination needs Will Maintain contact and communication with offshore Delivery head, PMs, project team members, SQA team and other stakeholders to ensure conformance with requirements of each project(s) and client user expectations. Will hold end to end release responsibilities across projects Will Define, track and report Program/project level KPIs, Metrics and Best practices Will Implement strong program management practices (change requests, issue management, risk management and decision tracking) and contribute to standard client implementation methodologies and management best practices. Will be the main conduit for information between Customer and Tata Elxsi Will work with client cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
