JD Participate in daily scrum meetings during the project phase. Participant in Sprint Planning Meetings. Provide QA Estimates for JIRA Stories. Create and update JIRA tasks and be responsible for the closure. Identify and escalate any impediments blocking any story/defect test execution. Maintain requirements ambiguity tracker. Develop System Integration Test Feature Files and test cases(as needed). Coordinate code migration to ST environment. Coordinate test data preparation. Responsible for performing Hands on Testing as and when needed. Participate in defect review calls during System Integration testing to represent all the defects logged in by the QA Team members. Report any fatal issue immediately to the QA Lead. Re-test defect fixes implemented by developers. Conduct exploratory testing as required. Responsible for performing Prod Fix Testing as and when required. Create Test Feature Files with inputs from Offshore Test leads and review the same with the BAs, OTLs and the Product Owners. Once approved, conduct the review call with the offshore Team members. Responsible for maintaining the Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) in ALM. Understand the functional requirements. Coordinate with Offshore Team Leads on a daily basis for delivery of the project. Responsible for being the Onshore POC for the Teams work effort. Coordinate with Offshore QA Leads to come up with project Estimation. Participate in creating a detailed Test Plan in conjunction with Offshore Leads. Prepare and circulate Daily Status Reports by team. Plan & Track the daily deliverables for the team. Involve in preparing Test Summary Report(TSR). Responsible for identifying Test Cases for Automation and Regression. Responsible for becoming a SME for application, features and business processes. Responsible for becoming SME for E2E process and testing. Perform smoke test after code migration the test environment to verify the major functionality at a high level in order to determine if further/actual testing can proceed. Value Add contribution for providing inputs into new QA strategies, automation, and processes. Should have the skillset of ALM/JIRA/ SoupUI, Cucumber and Selenium. Should be able to coordinate with the Project team in EST time zone. Expert skills at automated transactions (including but not limited to: loans, withdrawals, beneficiary settlements & money In) and interface regression. High understanding of Recordkeeping systems and included in numerous Agile Release trains their related development/fix changes and business flows. Experts in testing loans, withdrawal types, payments, settlements, transfers and other transaction related business processes and E2E testing activity. Specialists in testing activities for both functional/regression Highly skilled in testing activities to onboard transactions to an Automated Platform. Application testing may include but is not limited to: IRA UD Account Opening, IRA UD Funding, IRA MYClient, IRA Case manager, IRA Omni, IRA Siebel, ATRA - Participant Onboarding, IRA TRPS, Captiva, Imaging, Archiving, Money out portion of MYClient, Unified Desktop, Services supporting transactions (LWS, LSS, PTRS and other inherited services), OMNI, CTH, Workflow systems, communication systems. Omni suite OmniPlus, Omni AdminWeb, OmniPay, OmniTrade, Tax system, TRPS, CISS, Legacy and any modernized versions of ADAS, IA, GW (generic warrant), DSV/ISV, DAIQ, BENE, Downstream and Financial Reconciliation Complete build out of Automation test scripts to support RAPID releases and reduce testing time for regression SIT (System Integration testing including End-to-End E2E or System test, Integration test, smoke and regression test, manual and automation functional test) for all underlying applications and business functions, effort types and development methodologies in Core Recordkeeping area. Provide testing for proof of concepts efforts where test evidence is required. Utilize SAFE Agile methodology and adopted this in the teams reporting and output. Support Test data management requests for Omni suite and legacy applications to include test data creation, data mining and data validations Support Devops-Batch services for Omni and peripheral batch issues, batch cycle monitoring and optimizations Create and maintain the test QA Calendar Creation and maintenance of regression and automation test scripts, frameworks and test suites Creation and maintenance of test artifacts including documentations, scripts, tools/utilizes/BOTs in approved repositories Test governance to include test planning, strategy, work breakdown and prioritization, risk analysis and mitigation, status reporting and test closure Participation in PI planning, scrum and project meetings Provide Specialized Services on a ad-hoc basis to support DevOps, AI/BOTs implementations, Robotic Process Automation, Test Data Management (TDM) tools development Partner and engage with other program teams as needed to understand their form processing needs and support their testing efforts. Provide specialized testing services for Imaging platform including: o Processing: Operate scanning workstation, batching up work and submitting for Captiva indexing o Processing: Ability to upload documents for testing via MyClient upload process o Processing: Ability to fax documents to test that input channel o Processing: Work with other teams who own those processes to confirm completion as needed o Processing: Receive work from various teams to assist them in processing input for their testing needs o Indexing: ability to identify work products in the classification phase o Indexing: ability to use Captiva Administrator to identify status of batches as needed for troubleshooting o Indexing: ability to complete indexing processes so that work is distributed downstream o Validation: Ability to work with OBIEE to review distribution/batch status reporting o Validation: Ability to view in downstream workflow systems so that validation of completion of the distribution process is working as expected -- Keywords: quality analyst artificial intelligence active directory rlang Iowa North Carolina |
