Sr. Workday Test Manager Domain: Healthcare Location: Remote (EST Time zone) Duration: 12 months. JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Workday Testing Manager your primary responsibilities may include: - Test and implement Workday all modules and payroll , and add-ons in multiplecountries within an assigned region. - Experience with Global deployments - Tactical execution of work plans as directed by the project team forregion/vendor population (i.e., data collection, contractual analysis, useronboarding, etc.) - Participate in workgroup meetings, testing, and provide status updates - Prepare and manage key stakeholders and user groups (audience readiness,training, - Escalate issues and risks to project team, as well as Vendor Manager, as theyarise - Identify, research, and resolve customer issues - Monitor key metrics to ensure goals are met and provide regular updates toproject team - Establish and maintain strong client relationships - Create and deliver project level documentation (i.e., status reports, RAIDlogs, project plan) - Ensure project is delivered on-time and on-budget - Maintain responsibility for performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality, andappropriate business measurements - Ensure projects are properly planned and staffed. - Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns applications. - Work with the client project manager to identify/resolve all issues that couldimpact project scope and/or time frames. - Ensure the project is delivered within the budget - Present client with change orders in the event they're asking Workday toperform tasks that are outside the scope of the SOW - Present at Executive Steering Committee meetings as needed - Work with Delivery Assurance to ensure compliance with agreed to checkpoints - Experience with Global deployments Qualifications - Existing and up todate Workday Partner Certification in HCM and/or PM - 5 years priorexperience implementing Workday with a certified Workday implementer. - 5 years ofconsulting experience, preferably with a large consulting firm - 4 years of hands-onexperience delivering Workday implementations as an EM/PM - Experience managingcross functional teams globally - Experience withtesting tools and regulations - Demonstrated strongproficiency utilizing project management tools such as MS Project - Demonstratedcommitment and achievement to delivery excellence and client relationshipmanagement - Effectiveinterpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and team with others. - Excellentcommunication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulatecomplex messages and requirements. - Experience with AzureDevops as testing tools.
