An in depth understanding of how to elicit requirements for Customer Communications design (including composition, processing, and delivery via traditional and various digital channels. Adaptable & skilled in the use of industry Business Analysis tools and of working within both waterfall and agile development frameworks. An understanding of Customer Communications Management software s.a. Opentext Exstream, Quadient etc & awareness of how to create complex development specifications to meet business. Experience of working with different CCM file formats including AFP, PostScript & PDF Basic BA skills like BRD, FRD, and Requirement Gathering Good command over Software Life Cycle and Test Life Cycle Functional knowledge of Insurance Claims Processing (preferred) Bachelors degree in computer science or IT will be an added advantage.
