Job Title: Sr. Java Developer Location: 2 days/week on-site in Austin, TX Duration: Long-Term Client: CGI TXDOT Interview Process: Video (1 tech screen; 2 client interviews) Job Description: We are still needing candidates who have at least 10 years of working experience on their resume. Candidates must be strong with hands on development in Angular 6 (or higher), Java, Spring Boot and RESTful Web Services. Consultant should have some Lead or Architect experience. We are needing candidates that have a minimum of 10 years of experience listed on their resume. This is non-negotiable, must have 10 (or more) years of experience on their resume. The interview process will be 1 tech screen; 2 client interviews. The full job description is below. Design new products, product features, and product enhancements for large scale application Participate in PI and sprint planning Provide unit test coverage and validation support Review and understand specifications, use cases, and requirements Support continuous integration and deployment Conduct code reviews for more junior members of the team Investigate and resolve issues Refactor / optimize code Thrive in a collaborative environment to drive team success Works on-site at Austin-based client locations (currently remote approved) REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE Clearly identify the essential qualification vs the desired qualifications. What skills/experience must this person have to be considered 10+ years of professional software development experience designing and building web-based enterprise application with Java.
