The Technical Lead plays an active role in managing communication between the Data Architects and the Operations team to align on deliverables and coordinate the release of developed code. The Technical Lead will work with the Data Architect to translate technical documentation into tasks for the developers of their team. They will provide expertise to their developers to ensure best practices and high-quality coding standards are followed. The Technical Lead will also work closely with other Technical Leads to share findings and identify opportunities to identify synergies between development groups.
