Role: Workday HCM Recruiting Technical Lead Location: (Remote) Mode of Hiring: Contract Shift timing: 9AM TO 6PM About the Role We are seeking a Workday HCM Recruiting Technical Lead a support a key client engagement in assessing their current state ATS landscape (Workday and Greenhouse) and recommend optimization efforts in line with an overall user experience journey mapping exercise that was recently completed. They will be expected to assess and provide guidance around the current and future state of Workday HCM/Recruiting and overall ATS landscape, which includes integrations, data and process flows and application interoperability. The Opportunity and Responsibilities: Support ongoing end-to-end assessment of Workday recruiting module functionality versus Greenhouse and existing manual processes/pain-points. This includes reviewing inbound and outbound integrations and data sources. Will need to pull together a current assessment and feasibility or functional gaps of moving all ATS functionality into Workday. Review current data/system flows and recommend pros/cons of potential solutions Define, build, and implement HR/recruiting processes and structure, in alignment with clients business objectives and needs. Work directly with clients and existing UST teams around customer requirements gathering, Will need to then synthesize and present recommendations for implementation of target future state. What you need: At least 10yrs of HRIS experience with 3+ years of recent Workday related experience around Workday Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Ideally it they also have a working knowledge of Greenhouse ATS The ideal applicant for this role will have previous hand-on configuration experience (at least 2 years) with Workday recruiting implementation and post implementation optimization across other internal HR and Candidate Relationship Management systems Sound understanding of HR and recruiting processes and operational framework.
