Title: Dynamics Expert Location: 100% Remote Duration: Long Term WE are looking for Dynamics expert with Finance/ Budget Experience . They should be able to do a 45 mins demo with the agency on Wednesday March 15 th at 2pm. Project Scenario: here is a component of work beneath the CARES lanes, the OCIO Budget applications, that were competed along with the original BPA (RFQ 291617). Several budget modules which collectively produce a status of funds specific to OCIO were being developed under the current contract in the HHS CARES Palantir platform. The Government is interested to explore the possibilities around leveraging what has been built and incorporating or considering additional/alternative capabilities. A few years ago, a NOR (Net Operating Results) / Status of Funds would be created for the ASA components by the Program Support Center as a service. Although this process was more manual and only updated every 3-4 weeks to the ASA components, it provided an accurate and standardized mechanism for the ASA components to use for their budget dependent operations. A more urgent budget need arose when the Program Support Center ceased that service. The ASA components devolved into managing their budget using undefined, unstandardized and inaccurate mechanisms across disparate data sources (for example PRICES, UFMS extracts, EHCM, FPDS) to formulate less than optimal data driven decisions and insights for dependent operations. This results in serious impacts to operations. This is a problem the Government is still struggling with today and is further complicated by the addition of other tools the workforce is required to use yet introduces further inaccuracies and consumes significant workforce time and effort (for example Appian worksmarter). The priority is for the workforce users to be able to continually reprogram budget requests throughout the year and to additionally be able to have a highly accurate confidence in real time tracking the remaining budget to be spent, especially as the end of fiscal year closes. The Government is extremely interested in any information, demos, strategies, experiences etc that the SHARE BPA Holders are able to provide in response to this purely market research request for information and potential demo/discussion.
