Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations. Identifying, monitoring, and defining the requirements of the overall security of the system. Creating different ways to solve the existing threats and security issues. Configuring and installing security infrastructure devices Experience with working on Products such as Zscaler and Palo Alto Firewall. Requires specialized depth of expertise in network security. Superior knowledge, skills and experience with Palo alto firewalls, Security Orchestration products, software protocols, Zscaler Products and multiple mode of secure connectivity options such as IP Sec, SSL VPN etc., and advanced security network solutions etc. Design, Engineer, Plan and Support of add on capabilities for Security solutions and Operate (Tier3, Tier 4) all infrastructure technologies with focus on continuity and stability of all infrastructure Excellent Knowledge & experience in Security related technologies to design and implement IDS/IPS, content filtering solutions, encryption protocols and technologies. Planning, engineering, and monitoring the security arrangements for the protection of the network systems. Experience in using network management tools for performance, tuning, troubleshooting and capacity planning. Knowledge on scripting tools and exposure on deploying automation tool sets for network & security domain Determining latest technologies and processes that improve the overall security of the system. Possesses expert knowledge of Cisco NGFW and IPS, PaloAlto FW/IPS, , Knowledge engineering/supporting routing environment including AWS/Azure/Cisco Working Knowledge & experience in networking technologies such as Ethernet, ATM, MPLS, OSPF, IPsec, VLANs, HSRP, PPP, EIGRP, BGP, QoS, Multicast, ACLs, VPNs, Aruba WIFI CERTIFICATIONS CCNA/CCNP certification Required CCNP/CISSP/CCIE Routing/Switching or CCIE Security is preferred. Security certifications from Palo Alto is preferred. Zscaler Private Access/Zscaler Internet Access certifications is preferred. JOB RESPONSIBILITY Global Network and Security operations able to work with the global team to support operations effectively in global environment. Support Manage & support global extranet infrastructure which includes multiple entry points using dedicated firewalls, remote access gateway, load balancer DNS etc. Experience in conguring & troubleshooting multiple products on Cisco routers, switches, Zscaler Private Access, Zscaler Internet Access, Palo Alto Firewalls, load balancers, Guest Access solutions etc. Experience in installing, conguring & troubleshooting on Aruba home office solution technologies and products Work with various infrastructure vendors for service improvements plan initiatives. Experience in using network management tools for performance, tuning, troubleshooting and capacity planning. Adhere to Global network standards, policies, guidelines in-line with meeting regulatory requirements wherever applicable policies, guidelines. Establish, enforce & adhere to global IT processes, guidelines, and policies for all networking areas of responsibility. Project management, process management, and problem-solving & presentation skills. Collaboration with cross functional team internally for support issues. Support connectivity solution for Merger & acquisitions as and when they occur. SOFT SKILLS The individual must be an independent, condent, persistent and results-oriented individual - not an order-taker but rather one who contributes ideas and opinions to ensure sound solutions are implemented. Ability to work alone as an individual contributor, as a technical lead and as a key participant in collaboration across global teams Able to deal with ambiguity and work independently with minimal supervision/guidance. Excellent time management & organizational skills i.e., able to juggle several projects concurrently. Excellent English communication and inuencing skills.
