Req: 9+ JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking an experienced and driven Scrum Master/Project Manager located in Delaware or nearby states (Pennsylvania or South Jersey area) to join our team and lead the successful delivery of a project aimed at delivering Insights Implementation using Domo and Power BI technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering projects using Agile methodologies and have excellent communication and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a cross-functional project team to deliver project goals on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards Drive the Agile Scrum process, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint retrospectives, and sprint demos Act as the primary point of contact for the project stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, driving resolution and ensuring that project deliverables are met Collaborate with the project sponsor and stakeholders to prioritize the product backlog and ensure that the project team is aligned with the project goals and objectives Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant documentation Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in technology-related projects Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum Experience with Domo and Power BI is highly preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively manage project risks and issues. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
