From: Deepika, Teamware solutions [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job: ServiceNow Developer Work Authorization: W2 &C2C Duration:6+months Please look below for the detail Job Description Relevant Experience: IT Service Management (5+yrs), Service Now (4+yrs), Total (8+yrs) Technical/Functional Skills: * Experience Required: 8+ years * ServiceNow development experience * Technical expert in ServiceNow with a minimum 4 years working experience as * Developer and 8 years overall in IT. * Experience with implementing multiple ServiceNow Service Catalog and Service * Portal across different domains in a large enterprise * Experience with implementing multiple ServiceNow ITSM, ITBM, CMDB * Experience working on VRCC/RM * Perform the delivery using agile methodologies. * Work with the data providers and transform the data as per the business requirements for reporting. * Ability to work effectively, with minimal day-to-day supervision, and contribute significantly to the success of the practice globally * Flexible work style and experience managing to defined deadlines and work under tight time constraints. * Experience in Web development languages, specifically JavaScript, XML, AngularJS and HTML/CSS * Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and planning skills Roles & Responsibilities: * Design, develop solution for sending data to Service Now through Soap, REST API, WSDL files * Implement, enhance and integrate ServiceNow platform, service catalog and Service Portal per business requirements in a highly collaborative, inclusive and tolerant environment. * Design, develop solution for integrating Service now and populating CMDB CI classes * Design, develop solution for integrating Service with other integrations applications * Design, develop solution for IT Asset Management, ITSM module of ServiceNow. * Complete development, configuration and workflow administration to support business processes on the platform. * Provide day to day operational support and maintenance including planned maintenance outages. * Collect, consolidate and analyze service metrics to facilitate decision making related to service improvements. * Conduct unit testing and install new modules, releases and version upgrades.
