Job Duties : The candidate will have primary responsibilities in the following areas: Advise the Division Director on matters related to process architecture and improvement, transformational data/systems practice. Synergize divisional elements in the execution of the transformational vision/strategy. Collaborate and cooperate with Division of Systems and Operations leadership in the planning and execution of transformational vision/strategy. Job Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Data Analysis with a minimum of ten years experience. Masters degree in Business, Data Analysis, Information Systems Management or Computer Science preferred. Required Skills : Experience with the management of technology and data in the health space, including issues with interoperability, data privacy, and data governance. 5-7 years experience as CDO, CIO, CTO or similar role specializing in Business-IT alignment and transformational consultancy. Prior experience with Medicaid data, handling of PHI/PII, working with large state healthcare systems.
