They need someone that has been an Agile Coach andhas experience POSITION OVERVIEW: AgileCoach will assist and coach multiple teams leveraging Scrum, Kanban, and SAFEto implement Agile principles and practices effectively. Providepractical guidance transitioning teams from waterfall to adapt Agile. KEYRESPONSIBILITIES: Coach teams in the Scrum/Agile process. Coach teams on how to deal with and solve impediments. Coach teams in self-organization. Coach teams to resolve conflicts among team members Increase Agile maturity of the team in Agile/Scrum/SAFe ways of working Increase adoption of agile practice through trainings, workshops, mentoring and hands-on work with teams Coaches Product Owner and team on backlog refinement and prioritization Coach team in running effective Scrum ceremonies Develop and document Tiffanys Agile Playbook PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer 5 years of experience as Agile Coach Must have experience coaching SAFe SAFe, SPCT, or ICP-ACC certification Strong organizational, time-management, and verbal written communication skills Ability to present to all levels of leadership Experience with Jira is required REGARD Lovely Singh Keywords: New Jersey New York |
