Job Title : IT Operations Manager Employment Type : Contract, C2C Location : Cincinnati, OH Remote : No Job Description Roles And Responsibilities They should be the liaison between current operations team and the release team to implement fixes/tickets coming from prod support (L1 team) They should be able to work with the operations/prod support team (managing various digital apps) and prioritizing the tickets and act as a point of contact to all other managers They should be technically knowledgeable and understand how things are going and able to provide suggestions and recommendations to improve the overall processes Good understanding of IT Operation procedures They should be process oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders. Administer and monitor daily IT operations across IT Applications in the Enterprise Modernization space. Prepare reports and ensure optimal performance and maintain records of service level agreements for Enterprise Mod applications Design, implement and ensure efficient maintenance and ensure compliance to all disaster recovery plans Perform appropriate tests and provide training to upgrade quality and standardize all artifacts Assist technical staff to check and ensure resolution of all issues to achieve all objectives Determine availability of IT application process Design and maintain all IT processes according to operation policies through standardization of methods Participate and manage all communication IS technical direction and initiatives Monitor all communication for each customer to assess operations within timeframe Prepare designs and evaluate all balancing functions as required by IT departments and other functional areas Prepare and review all Service Level and Operation Metrics and KPI scorecards for service delivery Manage initiation, development, implementation and monitoring of technical activities for Operations, Manufacturing Engineering and Technical Operations.
