Knowledge on SAP ECTR 5.1 and SAP CDESK. ECR (Engineering Change Request) /ECO (Engineering Change Order) Processing & workflow. Experience in AMS process like Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management. Knowledge and understanding of SAP content server, solid works interfaces, Cideon Leverx- Should have Agile way of working knowledge. Strong analytical, problem solving & conceptual skills. Cross-functional knowledge of Integration between SAP and Non SAP systems Management processes and exposure to SNOW/HPSM (HP Service Manager).
