Minimum 8-10 Years of Experience        

3-5 years of Hands-on experience with agile tools like Jira or equivalent

Scrum master experience and well versed in agile / scrum ceremonies

Capable of taking ownership of a project and managing a team of engineers to deliver it

Experience documenting and managing confluence repositories

Experience with metrics-oriented reporting

Good to Have:

Previous experience working as a developer
