RPA Work Fusion Platform Analyst Location: Remote Contractors: Yes RPA exp - 2+ years Overall exp 8+ years Job Description: Work closely with the project stakeholders to gather technical requirements, understand issues, and present solutions and guidance with RPA automations. Need to have RPA skills Work fusion, WF Control Tower, WF workspace, scripting knowledge, and any other deployment tools but not limited. Experience in Linux and Cloud System Administration and deployments. Consultant on projects during the feasibility phase for technical questions and recommendations. Project software installation, configuration, and support Level 3 escalation support for automation projects and vendor interaction This person should be able to navigate and understand the Windows Server Operating System environment, this to: Assist during Automation troubleshooting. View, understand and extract system logs, assist development team during project design. Understand and detect any system or access related issues, Active Directory, User entitlements, Database connectivity, etc. Good to have knowledge on Advance Java J2EE, Junit and jQuery. Good to have completed WF Platform Basics certification. Ensure platform uptime and assist to provide and maintain a highly resilient infrastructure and Automation.
