Experience with email security technologies and protocols such as ProofPoint, KnowBe4 PhishER, SMTP, IMAP, POP, SPF, TLS, S/MIME, digital signature, and email encryption Experience managing secure file sharing, sensitivity/retention labels, DLP, and eDiscovery on AWS or GCP file storage services (S3, EFS, FSx for Lustre, etc) Experience administering group policy, compliance, and conditional access policies Experience with Windows 10, Windows Server, Intune, Ubuntu Linux, and Mobile Application Management Expert-level experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office and various cloud business applications (including SharePoint, Confluence, etc) and administering the O365 platform Strong understanding of networking concepts, including VPN, SD-WAN, VLAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, routing Experience with scripting and automation languages, PowerShell, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Graph API (a plus).
