Role: Genesys Integration Developer Location: Remote Duration: Long term contract Main Responsibilities Demonstrates product expertise in most Genesys Cloud products Support in the development of Systems Integration processes, and application on Genesys projects. Facilitate and development of interfaces, requirements, and concepts. Support and co-ordinate in undertaking technical reviews of designs, plans, specifications, construction submittals, testing and commissioning documents, etc. Support and work closely with the wider Systems Engineering team, including Systems Assurance, RAMS, and Operations & Maintenance. Must Have 8-9 years of experience designing integration solutions Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related area Experience implementing APIs using API-led connectivity Demonstrated experience as a technical advisor to multiple clients Demonstrated experience in designing end-to-end technical integration Hands-on experience with development technologies such as Java, JavaScript Experience in Genesys cloud integration and salesforce Hands-on experience with on-premise/cloud-based infrastructures, SDLC pipelines, and deployments/configurations and definition/evangelism of best practices/standards. Nice to have but not required: MuleSoft Certifications ( MuleSoft Certified Developer Certification - Level 1 (Mule 4) or others Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior level resources, consultants, and clients Experience with designing solutions for High-Availability, Fault-Tolerance, Performance Testing, and Tuning parameters.
