From: shyam, 4serve [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: Organizational Change Management Lead (Manger) Role Specification Position: Remote As travel may be to Europe Strongly preferred to have managed change management for SAP4 Hana, multiple sites Deliver/ gather change Impact Shareholder management Support SAP role mapping identify key users and user groups Excellent communication Communications development (email, yammer, presentations) Multilingual (English & Spanish) preferred 10-20% travel across the globe Conversant with C-suite Experience on warehouse, manufacturing change management Organizational Change Management Lead (Manger) Role Specification This position will play a key role in ensuring change initiatives meet organization objectives on time and on budget by enabling employee adoption and sustaining behavioral change. This role will have special focus on the people side of change resulting from changes to business processes, systems, technology, and organization. Key Responsibilities Align to and where applicable, design and implement change management strategy, playbook and plans that maximize adoption and minimize resistance Provide coaching, support and guidance to enable effective execution of change management activities regionally and locally in order to realize desired business outcomes Execute reporting on all change and communications-supported projects and maintain visibility to key dates, decisions, milestones, and issues Set up a network of change agents and people leaders to drive faster adoption of new ways of working Act as a coach for business leaders in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor Equip the business leaders with the skills and structured methodology to better manage and sustain change Support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans Apply a structured methodology to leading and adapting to unplanned change events Assess impacts of change on varying organization groups and develop action and risk mitigation plans tailored to specific groups in conjunction with the business leaders Identify, plan for and manage anticipated resistance Champion change communication and engagement activities tailored to impacted groups Support training strategy development and implementation Define, measure, evaluate, manage and track success metrics for change and business readiness Partner with key players across the organization to drive the change agenda, including Communications, Marketing, and Operations etc. Position Requirements Bachelors degree with 5 years work experience; 5+ years experience leading change management engagements in a global consulting firm Hands on experience in initiating, leading and managing change and fostering adoption for large scale ERP SAP implementations in a global matrix organization; plan and metrics to drive measurable business results Proven ability to uncover and manage resistance in a global, diverse, dynamic and matrix work environment Track record in building and scaling a change network to effectively support change initiatives Experience shaping and delivering communication strategies to support all levels of the organization using a variety of channels Experience coaching and working with sponsors, key stakeholders and senior executives to drive outcomes Strong analytical skills and comfort with applying data to business challenges SharePoint experience, MS Teams required OCM Prosci Certification preferred Experience/Skills Required Bilingual in English and Spanish Experience with SAP deployments a plus Communications development (email, yammer, presentations) Understanding of Change Management principals PROSCI certified a plus Great Facilitation/Presentation skills Strong analytical skills Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to turn complex concepts into simple language Intermediate skills in all Microsoft Tools (including Teams) Keywords: cprogramm microsoft |
