This role will partner with Clients Operations to assist in understanding and providing support on ETL issues. Responsibilities & Duties Must have skills: Support L1 and L2 tickets Monitor ETL processes, production logs Advanced knowledge of Unix/Linux commands, Shell Scripting, SQL, and MySQL. Excellent knowledge of SQL and writing complex queries Candidate should play role of Data Support Engineer, where can analyze data, interpret patterns to diagnose issues, provide necessary reports for identified issues Prior experience monitoring and resolving ETL batch jobs is highly desired. Good to have skills: Good communicate skill with Offshore Support team through defined process. Experience in working with incident management tool ServiceNow, JIRA. Good interpersonal and customer-facing skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
