IBM FileNet Storage c. IBM Case Manager d. TripWire Configuration control manager e. Logging Systems (login sight, Splunk, LogRythm) f. MS Sharepoint 2016 / 2010 g. BMC Control-M h. Automic (UC4) i. Autosys j. Crowdstrike k. CyberArk PAM l. ANSIBLE m. Elastic B. Applications Servers a. Java Application Server (JBOSS) b. WebSphere Application Server 2. Proven experience on delivering these types of activities, for at least 3 years, preferred 5 or above. 3. Good troubleshooting skills on desktop and laptop issues 4. Good communication skills 5. Strong Interpersonal Skills. 6. Familiar with Ticketing tools. 7. Excellent team player. Certifications Required or preferred Preferred: CompTIA A+ or similar.
