Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Location: Remote but PST time zone Client: T-mobile Job Description: Responsibilities Responsible for the development and implementation of Telecom Marketing solutions, based upon Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot Hands-on design and development of software applications on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. Technical expertise driving the creation of digital, email, social, and print campaigns, reporting, and data integration. Architect data feeds, platform configuration, and components needed for complex automated campaigns. Responsible for Identifying, creating, and enhancing internal systems and processes based on evolving industry standards. Ensure the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business, ensuring that proper testing is implemented, and performance requirements are monitored by working with the project teams. Identify and confirm technical design risks and develop mitigating approaches. Stay abreast of industry technology innovations, new business practices, and third-party technology solutions. Basic Requirements 5+ years of experience working within Telecom Applications OmnisStudio Certification Marketing Cloud Developer Certification BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering - or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred 5+ years experience in providing technical consulting and implementation with the Salesforce Eco-system, inclusive of Marketing Cloud and Pardot Experience designing and building Salesforce integrations with Telecom applications (ie Amdocs) Experience with business process definition, best practices, and reengineering Advanced Salesforce certifications Great teamwork and collaboration skills Essential knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proven knowledge and expertise with OmniStudio, Marketing Cloud, and Pardot Must have excellent written/verbal communication skills, Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
