What it Takes to Join Our Team: College Degree (MIS or computer science) or equivalent plus eight years relevant experience required. Lead Technical Administrator experience preferred. Must have in-depth skills supporting two or more of the following key enterprise infrastructure technology areas: data networks, application computing platforms, storage area networks, data-base system infrastructures, middleware technologies, security infrastructure technologies, and end user technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, logical information organization skills. Must have customer experience orientation, impact and influence, industry awareness, initiative, integrity, and relationship management. Must understand the inter-relationship between business and technological needs. Ability to conceptualize potential, new, or changed infrastructure solution designs to satisfy changing business requirements. Must have or attain a strong understanding of all entities of the FBL Financial Group. Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
