MUST have AEM experience and Content management product experience. Very good in communication and experience in dealing with business and IT stakeholders. Prepare training materials (content authoring guides, etc.) appropriate for target audiences and develop solution and conduct training sessions. Experience working with agile methodology. Exp working with Jira. AEM Experience: Proficient understanding of all AEM templates, components and features like DAM, sites, workflows, personalization, how to overlay components for customizations, integrations with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target. Experience in analysis, design, and implementation of Adobe AEM (Sites and Assets), Multi-site management including translation framework, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, etc., Experience in functional design, site demos, and hands-on training within AEM content authoring, site assembly, DAM setup, AEM workflows and Globalization. Worked with relevant Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions such as Adobe AEM Adaptive Forms, Target, Analytics, Campaign and Personalization. Experience in working with both backend (AEM) and front-end UI development teams in parallel as well as with creative design teams.
