The candidates we are looking for must have the skillset in: Edge Corner Detection, ex: Canny, Contour, Harris, Sift, etc.  Image Filtering, ex: Adaptive Filtering, Mean Filtering, etc.  Perspective / Affine transformation, to convert image from camera plane to expected domain.
