Experience in directly working with the customer and managing customer expectations, project deliverables in coordination with nearshore/offshore team Experience in leading and managing team spread across multiple locations US, India MUST HAVE: Must have an extensive understanding of IT Security standards and solutions, Application Security (Secure SDLC including agile) and underlying principles of networking, infrastructure, and system integration. Working closely with enterprise architects, solution architects, technical architects, and other senior IT colleagues to ensure services are Secure by Design Should have a proven track record of building solutions aligned to Secure by Design, Defense in Depth and Zero trust concepts. Strong working knowledge of security domains: Identity and Access Management, Digital Forensics, End Point Encryption, Encryption Key Management, Database Security, Enterprise Directory Services, IDS, IPS, Next Generation Firewall, Application Firewall, Enterprise Password Vaults , Cloud SaaS /PaaS/IaaS Security, Mobile Device Management, SIEM or related information security subject area. Responsible for designing security platforms, applications, and tools to deliver against the InfoSec Strategy and programs, aligned to IT strategy and security standards Definition and ongoing curation of architecture documentation for security platforms and applications: producing architecture blueprints, HLDs and LLDs as required. Anticipates and prepares for emerging business, application, and infrastructure needs, and translates these needs into security requirements Coordinates and resolves complex technical security problems and challenges. Is open to new ways of doing things and questions existing approaches, views change as an opportunity, comfortable working in a dynamic and ambiguous environment. Ability to work independently and proactively contribute to a global team environment. Runs and manages research and technology evaluation projects. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presenting skills; able to concisely communicate security risks to both technical and business audiences.
