Ideally need a Microsoft Technical Lead who come with supply chain, inventory management, logistics business experience and has proven experience leading technical teams from legacy applications to azure cloud migrations projects. Experienced in defining technical strategies, and best practices for successful migrations and ensure coding standards and quality assurance processes. Experience with Supply chain management, systems, inventory management, logistics, demand planning and optimization. Able to look under the hood and effectively analyze existing legacy supply chain applications and identify opportunities for improvement during migration process to cloud. Hands-on experience in migrating supply chain applications to azure cloud, experience with scalability, performance optimization and able to collaborate with stake holders to assess current systems, develop migration plans, and execute the migration process, ensuring minimal disruption to supply chain operations. Strong understanding of MS SQL database, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Storage and Data Factory, and able to provide cost effective solutions Strong Project Management and Business analysis, able to effectively plan and execute and monitor project, able to work with stake holders, administrators, C-Level and Business Owners across the enterprise, define project scope, manage timelines, allocate resources, identify risks, ensure successful project deliverables and manage budgets. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, able to be proactive in identifying risks, excellent communications oral/written skills. This role requires a strong understanding of both Microsoft technologies and supply chain management principles, along with the ability to effectively manage projects and solve complex technical challenges.
