Job Title: Release Manager Job Location/Client Location : REMOTE, USA Client Name - HCL Project Duration - Start mid August - 12 months + possible extension JOB DESCIPTION: Duties and Responsibilities: Release Manager Primary Skills - Cloud native applications and digital product releases experience and strong experience in Plutora product (must have Not just 1 or 2 years) Job Details 1. Release Manager with 7+ years of relevant experience in managing cloud native applications and digital product releases and strong experience in Plutora product (must have) (please expand JD to include DevOps functional knowledge, Project management knowledge, Agile project execution experience. SAFE certification is good to have 2. Coordinate PI planning. Coaching and mentoring ScrumMasters, Product Owners, Agile teams and management to enhance release planning, Agile ceremonies, continuous integration and continuous delivery practices 3. Transferring knowledge and helping teams continuously reflect and improve, becoming more effective in their roles and increasing the outcome, collaboration, and quality practices 4. Introduce Agile methodologies and implement agility in the project delivery processes using SAFe and Scrum 5. Demonstrates and shares experiences and observations with all team members and to ensure best practices are being used and recommends process improvement 6. Oversees the overall objective cohesion of initiatives involving many scrum teams and leads initiative performance 7. Experiencing implementing SAFE across organization 8.
