| Requirements: Strong knowledge on OTC (order to cash) process - order, invoices, pricing, CMIR, etc. Working experience on projects and production support. Strong knowledge on EDI/IDOC process for orders, invoices, payments. Understand Idoc segments, EDI file. Able to troubleshoot idoc issue and work with PI team and external customers on small enhancements and production issues. Good knowledge on SAP FI/CO process, such as Payment run process. Good knowledge on SAP master data- vendor master, customer master, Business Partner, material master etc. Good knowledge on SAP query and MS Excel. Excellent communication skill in verbal and writing. SAP ECC experience is required. SAP S4 experience preferred. SAP Certification is preferred. 10+ years SAP experience in SD or FI module is required. Responsibility: Support Red Bull in-house application, including production support and enhancement. Working as a functional consultant and SME with business on any projects assigned. understand the process, collect requirements, conduct tests, communicate and follow up with other teams Support upcoming S4 upgrade tests Support business team on 3rd party vendor portal.
