Role: :  Business Analyst With Behavox  || Location: NYC(Hybrid) Job Summary: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements for employee communication surveillanusing Behavox. Develop and implement strategies for deploying Behavox to monitor employee communication on Microsoft Team and Outlook 365. Configure Behavox to meet business requirements and ensure data accuracy. Provide ongoing support to end-users to ensure the successful adoption of Behavox. Working knowledge of Behavox. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role. Familiarity with Behavox or other surveillance tools. Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations. Experience with implementing and confi guring software applications is a plus. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Outlook 365 is a plus. -- Keywords: access management information technology
