Discussion with business and technology leaders to understand pain points and do a gap analysis Identification of use cases for technology upgrade Creation of e2e process flows in Visio/powerpoints and highlight issues and propose way forward. Ability to research current trends and propose technology/process upgrades; supplemented with his domain knowledge of best practices.
