Defining time layout component, time layout sets, Defining Time Categories, Time consumer set, Defining custom time attribute. Defining timecard approval. Should be able to write custom fast formulas and, also be able to setup time entry/ calculation/ device rules (entry validations, over time, shift etc...) Setup worker time entry profile, work time processing profile, HCM groups. Setting Up Elements for Time and Labor (Regular, over time) etc. Defining custom time attribute. Creating a Holiday Calendar, Expiring a Holiday Calendar. Define work schedule for employees and assign the same. Should be able to setup time security roles.
