Microsoft Power Automate Developer

Duration: 5-6 month

Location:  Dallas TX (Hybrid)

Certified will be the priority.

No H1B or CPT

Note one (1): we do not disclose client until we are invited to interview.

Note four (4): must have LinkedIn profiles WITH picture client is declining any and all who do not have this (LI must at least match CV)

We need 3-4 local (they can relo to proj area) experts; and then 4-6 mid-level that can be remote.

Advanced/Expert level is 8-10+ years experience.

We need 3 to 4 Advanced/Expert level Microsoft Power Automate developers in the Dallas office weekly from Tuesday Thursday

Intermediate level is 5-7 years experience

We need 4 to 6 intermediate level developers onsite/remote/hybrid

An intermediate senior Power Automate Developer leads the design, development, testing and delivery of efficient and resilient, moderate to complex, intelligent automation solutions.

They create automation autonomously with minimal help needed from peers and serve as subject matter experts over their teams automations.

Identify, clarify, optimize, and improve business processes with intelligent automation while combining technical expertise with developed business knowledge to build out automation strategy, roadmap, and tool recommendations.

Responsibilities:

Builds efficient and resilient automation to address simple to highly complex business processes.

Leverages advanced problem solving and technical skills to design and develop optimal solutions

Ensures proper secure coding standards, change management, testing, security, audit and compliance guidance is followed and documented

Supports end-to-end delivery lifecycle including post-deployment

Manages stakeholder communications, briefings, and issue resolution

Serves as a mentor to other automation developers

Partners with appropriate automation, application, solution and enterprise architects in review and optimization of implemented automation, and serves as an expert reviewer for other senior and junior developers

Assesses automation opportunities from a technical perspective by working closely with the product owners and internal business customers and implementing proof of concepts where necessary

Develop and maintain process documentation and software design documents

Provides expert input for continuous improvement of coding standards and solutions

Quickly understand our client business requirements and scenarios with the necessary depth to conceptualize designs to ensure projects and solutions satisfy those requirementsan active member of project teams from project inception to completion.

Learn new tools and techniques to increase scalability and performance.

Architect and build automation tools to increase reliability and speed.

Create solutions using cloud technologies to solve client technical and business challenges.

Gather requirements and provide insights and recommendations into client challenges.

Implement monitoring and logging systems to measure KPIs

Design, document, and implement solutions.

Participate in technology selection and make recommendations based on customer business requirements and established constraints.

Review and assess completed deliverables to ensure they follow established guidelines, selected patterns, and best practices.

Stay on top of relevant technology trends and technology shifts.

Keep skills up-to-date through training, industry events, and relevant certifications.

Mentor, manage, and train colleagues as required.

Skills & Required Qualifications:

Corresponding years experience with Microsoft Power Automate

Corresponding years experience in SQL, Java, C#, .Net, Python, CSS, NodeJS, or R programming languages

3+ years experience with Azure (still verifying this)

Stays up to date on the latest updates to the Power Platform, as well as future roadmap features announcements and virtual conference information

Have a keen sense of designing automation solutions for organizational processes, taking into account the impact on both processes and people
