Job Summary: The Subject Matter Expert (SME) isthe solution expert of one or more functional area/module in SAP responsiblefor defining business requirements and recommending a technical approach tomeet those needs. The SME oversees the development of technical solution,validates that the final product satisfies the requirements and maintainstechnical and project documentation. Required Education/Experience : Bachelors Degree inIT/Business Minimum five yearsexperience working with SAP or variant in hands-on project environment Minimum five yearsexperience in enterprise level SAP projects using waterfall methodologythroughout the whole life cycle with repeated and demonstrable success Minimum five yearsexperience defining business requirements, writing Functional Design Documents(FDD) Possess excellentoral and written communication Minimum five yearsexperience writing FDDs Preferred Skills/Qualifications : Expert levelunderstanding of the SAP product suite Expert levelexperience of SAP modules, underlying architecture and designing SAP softwarecomponents Expert levelunderstanding of environment management, release management, code versioningbest practices and deployment methodologies Excellent decision-making skills Experience withintegration of SAP with other business systems Keywords: materials management sfour Pennsylvania |
