From: Prakash Singh, RCI [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: Website strategist Location: Remote/CA Duration: 6+month Website strategist scope of work: Conduct a full review of the website and provide recommendations for conversion optimization, messaging, and best practices. Develop a multi-year roadmap for website strategy for both short term and long term strategic projects/priorities. Work with Segment Marketing teams to improve customer journey for 02C and B2B to drive sales and acquisition. Partner with marketing team to develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings in search engine results. Partner with product team to update cookies policy. Partner with CX and UX on implementing Quantum Metrics and understanding customer journey pain points and recommended solutions. (if approved) Partner with Product and B+C to build customized experience strategies for home page based on customer/audience type through Adobe target Minimum Qualifications: 2+ YOE w/Bachelors degree Experience optimizing customer journeys on websites. Experience optimizing websites for SEO Must be strategic and ability to build strong relationships cross functionally Technology experience with AEM, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics. Experience in conducting full reviews of the websites and provide recommendations for conversion optimization, messaging, and best practices. Experience in developing multi-year roadmaps for website strategy for both short term and long term strategic projects/priorities Knowledge Skills and Abilities: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jOuery. Experience with implementing and maintaining websites. Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), WordPress and Orupal CMS. Knowledge of accessibility, WCAG2.0 and Section 508 guidelines and ability to apply best practices to coded prototypes. Knowledge of semantic or structured markup. Experience using Adobe Creative Suite applications on multiple platforms. Experience with integrating Flash media and video assets on the web and producing online eMarketing campaigns. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of user-centric web design principles and best practices. Knowledge of SharePoint 365 and 2016. Knowledge and application of English grammar including composition, editing and proofreading skills. Experience developing for social media sites preferred (iFrame technology familiarity).
